Welcome to Keane Trade

We are helping companies and individuals to realize the potential of going public in a relatively easy way on the small but extremely popular public markets, OTCBB and Pink Sheets.

In comparison to the popular and well advertised public markets, such as Dow Jones, Nasdaq, New York Stock Exchange, London Stock Exchange and other large Stock Exchanges, only reserved for huge companies, the OTCBB and Pink Sheets are less regulated, and have no turnover requirements for companies. For comparison between the OTCBB and Pink Sheets please read our OTCBB vs Pink Sheets section as we will focus solely on the Pink Sheets market on this page.

Introducing companies to the Pink Sheets markets has been our goal for the past 3 years. Going on the Pink Sheets has many benefits for companies that look to cash in on their ideas from the public market. Most people find it very hard to find a private investor, a venture capital company or getting a business loan from a bank. Getting your company on the Pink Sheets can actually prove to be the best investment as it does not only bring capital from public markets, but also gives your company a profile of a serious and growing company, a detail banks and investors like to throw money at.

The Pink Sheets has often been seen as the black sheep of the family of stock exchanges, which in turn is correct, but actually has nothing to do with the market itself. Since Pink Sheets has zero requirements of turnover, and issuers do not have to be fully reporting companies with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to be quoted on Pink Sheets. Current financial information must be submitted with the Form 211 and FINRA rules do not require the financial statements of Pink Sheets issuers to be audited.

But Pink Sheets is the perfect way for any company to grow big. Despite the fact that some people use Pink Sheets to push penny stocks, pump & dump, do insider trading, does not mean the Pink Sheets is not a perfect marketplace to start your company out in. On the contracts, some of the largest companies in the world are still only quoted on the Pink Sheets or have started on the Pink Sheets and moved to regulated stock exchanges such as NYSE or NASDAQ. We also assists our clients to obtain private equity capital, IR/PR strategies, public market strategies, mergers and acquisitions and provides introductions to market makers, public relations firms, PCAOB registered accounting firms, transfer agents, securities attorneys, and more.

We will if needed incorporate the company structure you wish to work with, preparing the documentation for Pink Sheets registration and introduce you to our partner that will quote you on the Pink Sheets, thus giving you a stock symbol and allowing you to access public capital markets through popular trading programs such as E-Trade and Yahoo Stocks.
