Dark Pools OTC Trading
The secret stock market, also known as Dark Pools or crossing networks, is covering a mayor part of the trading in OTC derivatives but also shares. The sources of dark liquidity include, alternative trading systems, crossing networks and other dark pools, and unlike traditional liquidity sources such as stock exchanges, trade on these systems and draw their prices from the market, and in most cases do not have any market impact.
These so-called alternative trading systems are propagating rapidly, are often labeled “dark pools” because of their nebulous and murky nature. Estimated to handle about 1 out 10 shares traded each day in the U.S., dark pools are meeting a need by institutions to grab or dump stocks quietly — and anonymously.
We are currently looking for partner networks that will allow us to float our clients shares into the Dark Pools as offering prior to IPO’s or OTC/Pink Sheets registration, as well as selling shares after completion of publicy registering the company(s).
